Examination Certificate Collection Evening – Wednesday 3rd December 2025
We receive certificates from our awarding bodies in the autumn term, during November.
We invite students to collect their examination certificates on Wednesday 3rd December, between 6:30pm 7:30pm from PA2, accessed from the staff car park. Instructions for entering and exiting the building will be clearly marked.
If you are unable to collect your certificates yourself, you should provide authorisation to the Examinations Office (via our School Office email address on our Contact Us page), prior to the day, for someone to collect your certificates on your behalf. This authorisation must be in writing and must name the person collecting your certificates (this can be a family member or friend). The person specified will have to provide proof of identification to us on the day, for us to release your certificates to them.
Parents/carers are welcome to accompany you to the Academy site.
Following this you will have a period of time to collect your certificates from the Academy during School Office hours.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU COLLECT YOUR CERTIFICATES. CERTIFICATES NOT COLLECTED ARE RETURNED TO THE EXAMINATION BOARDS AND POTENTIALLY DESTROYED.
ANY REPLACEMENTS YOU REQUIRE IN THE FUTURE WILL INCUR A COST WITH THE RELEVANT AWARDING BODY (current costs are between £43-£57 per certificate depending on the awarding body).
Art & Design/Design Technology Work
If you have advised that you would like your Art & Design or Design Technology work retained for collection, this will also be available for you to collect on this day.
Any items not collected following this will be used within school as exemplar material or will be disposed of for recycling.
