Internal Liaison
There will be calendared meeting for curriculum liaison. These will be outlined in the staff handbook.
Liaison with Federation Primary academys
Meetings of the Ansford Federation happen six times a year. These discuss a range of curriculum issues relating to the national curriculum, student transfer, Maths and Computing College targets and provision and courses for able and talented students.
Liaison with Governors
The Governors’ Curriculum and Community sub committee meets six times a year to agree policy, ensure statutory compliance and oversee the development of curriculum issues contained within the academy Improvement Plan. Each subject area has a link governor who supports the work of the Head of Faculty/Subject.
